The dishes are less fussy and cutesy than in some Weight Watchers' cookbooks; some are standard, but others are more thoughtful (although the idea of a caviar-Cool Whip dip is a bit hard to take). For some reason--to make the ingredients lists appear shorter?--many recipes lump disparate ingredients together, as in " cup each pearl onions, sliced carrots, and canned beef broth," which can be confusing. Still, bound to be popular.
